Air Elite Limos or signing up for an account constitutes acceptance of these terms. This is a legal document. RESERVATIONS
The prices quoted are based on the selected vehicle, and all reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. It is the responsibility of the User to ensure that all information that he or she has provided to Air Elite limos is accurate and complete. Automated registration is prohibited. Reservations are not considered accepted until they have been confirmed by e-mail and the passenger has been issued with a Booking Number.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PICKUP
When picking up at the airport, the first 30-45 minutes of waiting time are free from the time of landing or as otherwise specified, thereafter you will be charged. Flight delays are not subject to an additional charge.
Except for airport pickups, all pickups are free for the first five to ten minutes; thereafter, additional charges will apply.
The fares quoted are flat rates. There will be an additional charge for any additional stops, luggage or passengers on the way.
GENERAL POLICIES
• We reserve the right to use subcontractors to provide the services to our passengers. The drivers will be licensed and compliant with the regulations of the provincial rules and regulations.
• An additional surcharges of 50% on the prices listed on this site may be added on Christmas and new year week including any bank holidays.
PAYMENT POLICIES
• Credit Card payments should be made with the internet booking or via phone and cash payments are to be made to the drivers.
• All Credit Card payments are subject to 2% on top of the quoted fare.(If you are not paying online via our website)
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
• All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, stop over will be charged at $5.00 with fare quoted.
AIRPORT PASSENGER
• We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passengers having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe on the road.
• Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggages.
• We monitor all flights for any delays and there will be no extra cost to the passenger. If the passenger misses the flight coming into one of the airports, the passenger has to call us immediately and there will be no extra cost involved.
VEHICLE ROLES
Customers may select different types of vehicles for their Ride Request, such as “Economy,” “Business,” and “Group.” Regular X vehicles are insured for hire and reward for a maximum of four passengers, SUV XL vehicles are insured for a maximum of six passengers, and Premium XL vehicles are insured for a maximum of seven passengers.
CANCELLATION
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the Pick up time from within GTA and 4 hours notification is required for other outer areas.
• Failure to cancel the bookings within the required time, customers will be liable for 100% booking fee.
• A reservation may only be altered or cancelled with the permission from the company. It has to be done in writing (preferably e-mail) or phone.
